Returns & Exchanges

Order Processing Times
Thank you for your order. We are just as excited as you are to receive your new jewelry! We work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible within 1-3 business days, however during a sale or large volumes of orders it can take up to 5 days for your order to process. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

Shipping Estimates

If you are a US customer you will receive your items in 2-4 business days after it has been shipped. For International orders, it can take up to 4 weeks. We offer expedited options at checkout if you would like to get your items sooner. Please note that shipping delays are out of our control. 

Duties & Taxes
International customers may have to pay duties on taxes based on their country. It's the buyers responsibility to pay these fees. Every country is different and the cost will differ based on your countries policies for international shipments. 

Lost Packages
Once your package is handed over to the courier we are not responsible for any shipping delays or packages that are lost or stole. 

We offer Route Package Protection which will cover any lost, stolen or damaged items. Route is optional at checkout although we highly recommend adding it to your order. May there be any issues with your package you can file a claim with Route to resolve any issues/problems.

Order Cancellations
All orders placed are final. 

Order Modifications
If your order has not yet been processed, we can modify your order.  Please email us for order modifications by clicking here.

If your order has already been processed we cannot modify your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be returned within 7 days after arrival in your hands, for store credit.
  • Jewelry must be unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition in order to qualify for store credit, with all original packaging included. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible, and will be returned to you.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings or body jewelry.
  • Custom and personalized orders are final.
  • We do not accept returns for any items that may cause skin irritations. Details of each item are listed in the product descriptions. Please use your discretion when ordering.
  • All sale items and discounted products are final sale.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to and from Glazd Jewels. All international orders are final sale. Please make sure to order correct sizes before ordering. To find your ring size visit our guide here to help you.

Please check all your details at checkout. We do not alter shipping addresses. If your package has been returned to us we are happy to resend it back to you, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we understand things may happen to your items. That's why we are happy to offer a 30-day warranty on items except any discounted or sale items. 

Where is my package?
After your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that we cannot provide you with any additional information than what your tracking shows.
